Cant add any LT to clan

My staff Menu in the in-game clan page wont let me add anything like LT, Sec, etc it just says 0/0 for all of them

and i cant click the button to add a LT

Yeah It's crap I paid for My 3rd LT Spot a long time ago went to rearrange my staff and it dropped me from 3 LT'S To 2 and thats crap because I should not have to pay for the 3rd LT Spot again and Now one of My LT'S Is no Longer a LT. I hope they get it fixed.
