Forum social groups?

I noticed at the community button on the top that there are social groups...
but we can't make any?

idk if we are allowed to but it would be cool to make a group soon
anyone have any thoughts about this :P
i can already think of a couple groups that would be made

clan groups
certain type of player groups
-nightowl group
-Mode fans/groups
-Competitive groups
-Adult/Mature groups
-region groups (eygpt, turkey, uk, Us & and Canada)
-giveaway groups
-Database group
-MOD/GM group
-

if you wish to add anything that is on ur mind go ahead :P
