Use a proxy server/connection...thats how I solved my problem. You can also submit a ticket, but I dont think that is the quickest solution.

TRY THIS "FAILED TO CONNECT" METHOD. read down below

hey try turning off your modem/router for like 30 minutes to 1hour seriously it worked for me. and this failed to connect error lasted for like a whole month but then I came up with a solution. it might be just your IP address and it cant reach the crossfire servers. many of my friends tried this method and it worked. maybe it will work for you too please do not be upset if it doesn't because methods don't work for everyone. if it did work please do spread the word because I know that many of the crossfire gamers are having this issue from the last couple updates and I bet that they have been patient waiting for this fix. I was hoping that z8games would have fixed it by now with the recent update but believe or not. z8games is working on it, like they always have fixed my problems they will fix this one. so please spread the word if this method worked for you
