All Clan Names Unavailable

So I have the money to create the clan. I have the rank to create a clan but when I go to create a clan it says every single name is Unavailable even after going threw the process of checking to see if the names are available. Right before I go to create it.. the name is all the sudden Unavailable and it forces me to modify the clan name and ID. So I change it and it says its all available but it wont let me create it. Its really freaking annoying does anyone know what the problem is.

So I changed my crossfire to run as administrator. I have no clue if it actually fixed it or not but It let me create the clan.
