Removing E-mail

Hi, I am not the owner of this account, but the person who created this account used my e-mail without my permission. I only found out when it sent out a confirmation to my e-mail. So if possible I'd like my e-mail to be removed or just delete the account entirely as I do not know who made this account. I've sent a ticket into complaints because I do not know the information the person used, so I couldn't send to Account Administrations. And if I do continue to send to Complaints, Support will just ignore. I just don't want my e-mail to be used by someone else. Support is not helpful at all. So if possible, can a MOD direct this to a GM.

Submitted another ticket to complaint. Still useless since I don't know the information to submit in Accounts Administration, so I am not able to get rid of this account which is created using my e-mail without my permission.
