it never happens before. it just starts happening recently. I live in Hawaii so my ping is around 120-130. my fps is around 100. I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2130T CPU @ 2.60GHz, RAM 6.00 GB (5.87 GB usable). 64 bit- Operating System, x64-based processor. im also using win 8.1. I use game booster, another programs to clean my pc but none of them seem to work.

Its mainly becuase of your connection.... i have had this come to me at times but only because 1. other people were on my wifi 2. it was a rainy cloudy day and 3 i was using a junk laptop.... dont worry it will be fine soon enough...
if the problem continues idk much more
