Device database of the operating system is not normal or the device name doesn't exis

Ever since my trojan infection on Friday evening, my laptop has went through a series of scans, removals, and etc.

Code field: 02-0300-00000000-211

Now, I'm getting a X-trap message that specifies the following: 'Device database of the operating system is not normal or the device name doesn't exist. Please, restart your system.'

I've have preformed a series of un-installations, as well as re-installations, to no avail. It species the device database's problem, after all, but I'm not sure on how to respond/go from here.

What would be some of your best advices on how I could start playing the game, again?

first analyzes your computer with your anti virus then uninstall the game, then install it and turn off the anti virus for 10 minutes let you load the game and see you running normally, this happens because the Anti virus do not support or misinterpret files CF, luck I hope you work
