I should log in into the game to top up Karma Koin?
To be honest, I don't know what "top up" means. If you're mean how do you deposit the Karma Koin code you bought, then no, you don't need to login to the game. Just click on the word "deposit" all the way at the top of this page, select your country, select Karma Koin, then use your code. Your ZP should be available in-game once you deposit it on the site.
If that wasn't your question, then tell me what "top up" means
