Cannot open shader

After installing new patch i randomly get the error Cannot open shader file -rez/Shader/legacyshader.fxo it says the file is not found

Are still able to get into the game? Are a lot of textures missing ? Or does it boot you back to desktop?

hello mod :]. Ok so it was basically freezing the game and not allowing me to play. Nothing i saw was missing. I was able to play a full 2 hours without an error after getting it 5 times in a row.
