Can't get on to server NA1

I can't seem to join server NA1, even before the update, i tried to get on, but when I double-clicked the server, it always stopped at Step 2 and then the game crashed. I can get on any other server but I cant get on NA1 for some reason. My brother played it earlier, but when he came to my house, he can't get on to NA1 neither. I don't know why... help me

me too. I have the same problem, and I can't fix it even I redownload this game.

Sent multiple tickets, gotten multiple responses from GM's and Mod's trying to give solutions but none help.. It's bull tho coz ppl are playing and using there crates.. I see threads about ppl complaing about not getting there crates, be happy you can atleast login to see if or if not you have crates --
