Can't install Crossfire

Hello,

I'm an old CF/M2 player and I want to return to CF to have some fun.. but I have this problem, when I try to install the game I get a Crossfire Downloading error that says: An unexpected error occurred. Please visit support. something something for further assistance.

Did I download the wrong client? I'm from EU but my account was on NA (I used it last time while G4BOX was still here, before Metin2 disappeared). How can I get rid of that error?

Ps. Sorry for wrong section, I don't remember where this belongs.

Try to download it over a vpn using a non-EU IP?

Might be a file corruption.

Go to the Z8Games folder it my look like C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games

Delete the Z8Games folder

Re-install CrossFire

Sometimes if you havent played CF is a while or messed with a file, you need to re-install the game but just uninstalling it through (Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features) wont remove all of the corrupted files. By manually deleting the Z8Games folder you start with a clean slate.

For some reason I can't install Crossfire at work (proxy issue maybe? We use proxies to acces specific tools) but it works fine at home. I'll just upload the client to onedrive and hope that works.
