CF bday is over.. All the patch brought is ERRORS...
Not only that, but the prizes weren't even distributed to the majority of the people. The few that have gotten their items likely have ties with Z8, or with somebody that works for Z8. So far, Z8 did a 7+ hour patch that did nothing good except for a crate, it brought errors in many servers, and the so called, "compensation" they said they would give to us, hasn't arrived either. In the end, Z8 is just being lazy and they don't even care. How many GMs have responded to us since the, "compensation" post. None. It's very unlikely they even read these, let alone respond to the community. And that's the least they could do, they bare minimum would be to respond to us and tell us when the actual date of distribution is going to be. But they haven't done anything except say that there will be, "compensation" when we haven't even seen our prizes from the event itself. How can we believe they will even give us the prizes at all? -

Don't expect your reward any time soon if at all. Z8 is lacking is the service department, meaning they failed to give out the promised items. It will likely take several more days for the rewards to be distributed, and even then there's no guarantee everybody that participated will get their prizes. Also, there's little to no chance that Z8 or any GM's will even bother to read what you or I have just said. Hope this answers any questions you had. -
While I highly doubt any form of GM will read this I just want you to think about this.. Lets say you worked for a delivery company. You get paid by someone but not by the person who receives the goods (Very much so like rewards for us on CF) If an item was handed to you to be delivered that day and you didn't do so, well maybe there was a reason, we can all understand maybe a day delay. But lets say you don't deliver it until a week later.. That customer is going to be ****ed, and lets multiply that with how many of us have done what's needed for the rewards. Oh and times it by how many times we've had "problems" I tell you now if you worked elsewhere you'd be fired. We the players, pay for your wages, if no one spent money on your game(s) you wouldn't get any money, so surely customer satisfaction should be a top priority? Well then get a system sorted that hands out the stuff for you, many many other games handle it fine and even you guys can do it! If there's an event that requires you make a purchase, well then there is never a delay. You need to realise that many of us live in the real world and in our jobs we'd get the sack if we had delays so often and gave bad customer service. Just see how forgiving we are and that we still play and purchase your ZP. If there is a genuine problem to why there is always a delay on free rewards then you need to state it, so that everyone can see and you have no further issues, because until then it only seems from our point of view that there's some laziness occurring.

I am a normal player like everyone else. I get NOTHING for free just because I am in the team. We are like any other player and we are still waiting to get the prizes as well. I surely am very thankful for the opportunity they gave me to get in the team but we have no special treatment or anything like that. We only use the account to SHOW YOU GUYS the new content, to make streams, patch showoffs reviews and gameplays of the weapons so YOU GUYS get to know the weapons a little bit more. We get NOTHING for free. -
Then why do I play with Bankaii, Dill, and the other guys for fun? Exactly. You guys have certain times where you get to play on the account for yourselves.
Not going to argue with you since it is quite useless. When we get in the account we record footage for the reviews n such. If you can't understand that then I feel sorry for you. -

i hope a GM talk with us at least, showing what is the problem here!!! we are waiting six days to get prizes for " NORMAL EVENT ", what will happen for that big event that will give you mastery crates, we will get the prizes in 2016?! anyway i'll not join any event anymore because this delay.. -

its getting very old, kind of makes me po'd, last week to get bonus crates i bought 55,000zp. and only won the AWM-JADE (ya i am lucky) I logging and play every day at least 2 hours no matter what... and nothing. -
Well, we don't have the crates yet, but yesterday when I logged in and I saw I had nothing, I bought 20 crates from R93T2 and gave my girlfriend to spin just because the crates weren't there... And guess what? She won it! xD
So, I'm happy and maybe I get something in the Patriot too

yeah do you have right... it was everytime about money... about another things they dont care...
they will still more and more, while many players (like me for example) had stop buying ZP becouse of many hackers in the game and seeing what the staff make there.
NEVER had they make ONLY ONE event without problems. EVER have they problems with patches...
CLAN 2.0 comming sooon (half year seriously?) when it wasn´t complete prepaired, why they cancel clan page....
Ribbons - everytime problems with that
patches - 3-12 hours... seriously? they have test server... all prepairing, testing, stoping server, inputing patch, renewing exe, starting server.. 30 minutes maximum.
If the staff in the office cant make their job, why they working there??? Why are they still employed, when everyday many customers (players) are complaining???
I really thinking about writing huge complain to the higher places, but i am only a small fish.... CF NA need a lesson!!!!

You wouldn't be alone, so many of us would probably sign the complaint if you advertised that that was what you were doing. We are fed up with how poorly its run, giving free stuff is all they have to try keep us here and even then that fails. I came back to this game for its fun game modes, but then the game modes aren't created by the GM's of our server so when you think about it, what exactly are they even doing? As I said I'd happily sign a complaint to someone higher up. I really think someone should start one that we can all get together and complain. This game is going to die if they don't get their **** together and I really don't want to see that happen -
Guys why don´t you see that this won´t get you anywhere?
If they are only confronted with hundrets of pages full of complains when they go through the comments on the forums, why would they even bother bringing up ANYTHING? You guys behave like 5 year old, show some damn patience, I´ve been waiting for things like Evolve to release for more than a year, that´s far from a reason to write letters about someone not doing their job properly, some things just need time, we´re still about a million players that are to be checked, it´s not like you would be able to do that in 2 hours.
Let alone the people who complain the minute they complete a challenge, those people just seem to lack any kind of logical thinking IMHO.
If I were to look back 2-3 years, I´m glad that we are where we are right now: there´s not a single haccker out there and I doubt that everyone who´s been haccking in the past has just died from aids, its because the system finally works! Also, nobody ever made z8 give out ZP crates for events, it´s their own decision to do so, which is a new thing to happen actually. Things like crates were pretty much only given out to people who completed some task that included winning something from a ZP crate at some point, so be grateful for whats changed and quit whining about waiting 6 days, get a life god damnit!
