Can't log in

Hello, I am unable to log into crossfire due to unknown reasons. I try to log in but before I can I am kicked out. Please help me with this issue.

I believe the main issue is with the x-trap. Every time it kicks me out there will be a message stating that something timed out waiting for x-trap.

The code it gave me is 13-0400-00000000-501

This is what i know. Maybe im not up to date! As of this time, X-Trap isn't compatible with windows 8.1. Downgrade your OS to windows 8 or 7 to run CF. If you want stability, use windows 7.

The game downgrades it for you

Currently I am using Windows 10 so that has nothing to do with the problem.

Windows 10...! CF is NOT compatible with Windows 10!

Thank you, I haven't been on in a while due to this problem and haven't gotten an answer in all the other threads I posted.
