Banned again?

Okay, so i got banned 3 days ago, the message said 3 days from now on, so 3 days has passed and i log into the game. I get a message saying i'm blocked 6 days from now on.
What does this mean? I've already send a ticket for support, i still have no response, but still what is going on? I mean, blocked 3 days, then blocked again 6 days? This is some serious problem and i want it to be fixed, and i also want an explanation of what in the world is going on?

PS: I made a thread 3 days ago, (obviously because i didn't know what happened of my ban) so if anyone thinks i'm spamming, well i'm not.

Cheat/modification/virus/overlay are the usual suspects.
Make sure you have none of those, reinstall the game, wait a week.

If you did get banned for cheats, then do a system restore to the point before you installed them. Most cheat-type files in games edit registry files (specifically H-key), and simply removing them will still have the anti-cheat detect them.
