The only thing I can think of would be to quick on the forgot my password button (if there is one) and have them e-mail the password to you, then change it under My Account.

i think you are talking about metin

look at the top of this page, there should be a my account link
then click on the account management button
you can change you password there


also i dont thin that the GM's wil give back any lost items
