Forgot Password Error !!

I havent played the game for a year or more, and recently i was thinking to start playing the game again but i forgot the password of my Account but i remember my registered email of the account and i when i try to retrieve my password via email its showing me some error like database error send support token? Anyone know any solution rather than sending ticket
