Game become unplayble after the update

First of all, i believe quite a lot players are having issues with the unstable PING and FPS, but i am not sure how many of you are having both of them.
Well i had unstable PING since the game reopen, and i just found out i m having unstable FPS now as well after this morning's update.
After i finish today's mission with unbelievable patience (because i have 1000ping and 10 fps, change back to 20 ping and 90 fps in the next 5 seconds), i can finally play some modes i want to right?
Wrong!
I soon get a out of memory bug, then i got hack tool detected bug, got ban for 5 minutes for that bug. Both of them never appears before this update!
So far i have 0 fun today, but about 100 out of 100 anger. Plz fix at least the connection problem.

I asked some friends, most of them tell me they are having either fps or the ping issue. So it is not my personal setting or internet issue.
