Xtrap Error need some help

that's the xtrap error I keep getting whenever I try to launch CF. I have uninstalled CF 2 times already trying to fix it. My situation is my dad was using my laptop when I was at work on last Saturday and I had to delete/uninstall those programs. Potentially I may have gotten malware and it removed some files.

Is there a way I can fix this error? Or would Xtrap update fix it ?
