Its just sad
I Wrote to the Support in the first ticket to complain about it because every event its the same thing when they should give anybody something, after 3 days they didnt get my an answer and i opend a new ticket at Technical Support and what an suprise after 1 hour they did my 1. ticket into the Technical Support ticket in but they dont gave any answers to me where my 14 Royal Dragon Crates are, its just sad that you have to spam in the Forum and at the Support until you got your Crates. I didnt got any crates and i did all requirements to get all 14 crates -

For all those Crying about crates or compensation....
Again I come home from a short vacation without any possibility to go on-line = no chance to get compensated by playing for the crates. So many times now that events or a compensation has taken Place during a short absence. I have played CF since it opened back in 2009, have endured all hakker invasions, payed for zp... Eventhough I have been a really Active player I rarely have seen a compensation come my way.... It's all about having the luck of being there at the right moment... but, I dont cry - **** happens. Remember - it is a GAME. -
Why are they always so slow? If u say they will be deliverd on monday atleast deliver it on monday.

I've been here for what I'd say is a decent amount of time and have seen lots of things on these forums, and what I've learned is taht Moderators gotta do what the gotta do. Verbally attacking them down only makes things more complicated for them... (Or, at the very least, is annoying.)
Sure hope I completed the minimum of 30 minutes each day. Haven't seen those crates since I started playing CF. -
