cannot register new acct

Hi!

My friend want to register an acct here. He tried several times but it always says "email is already in used". We tried signing up for new email, but still the same result, "email is already in used".

If i remember correctly, there was a notice about limited account creation per computer so hacker wont be able to make new accounts over and over again after receiving a permanent ban. Either your a hacker that reached the limit of creating accounts or you ran out of luck here.
