ZP Deposit Level Restriction [HELP??]

When I go to buy zp, it wont let me because im not high enough,

Im a master sergeant 5, and it says "You have to be level 3 in crossfire"

help??

I believe the Deposit system is still down from when the servers went offline, the Deposit page won't even open for me. They should update the thread below when they get the Deposit system operational again:

Edit: I got the page to open and watched a video through surveys and it credited to my account but I haven't tried depositing.

Edit2: I was just able to deposit using Karma Koin and they updated the thread as to what deposit methods should be working now:
