Look at school bulletin boards, look on websites, Facebook groups etc.
Nobody here is in any position at all to teach you English. Putting in to words and relaying what they've been taught and practised naturally their entire lives is very difficult. You need someone trained.
You know the written language, the words and the letters, so something like Pimsleur lessons might be useful as a first step.
It's a repetition method for spoken language. The speaker says something, you repeat it (multiple times) and it gets more and more complicated. I imagine the English lessons are very well-developed.
Search your friendly neighbourhood bay without pirates, or buy it. -
I am extremely confident that there are hundreds of private courses one can take for learning proper English in Egypt.

your confident is right , but courses in egypt ay very bad my friends tell me that
and i have no time for courses
and i ask you to read my post again i say "spoken" not the "naturally" or the "Classical" or the "OLD" one
however speaking with the Aboriginal people who speak the correct language is the most effect way to learn -

If you can't set the time aside for 30 minutes a day for a Pimsleur lesson, then you don't want to learn English.
The rest of us practised two hours a day for 10 years, people who live in English-speaking countries practice all day every day.
I read your post. Read mine again, thrice if you have to. -
YT tutorials, play games which have english language, watch Movies, read books if you can't keep up get your self a tutor than. No, Aboriginals don't speak English at all..
