Service Outage Announcement

Attention Mercenaries,
We have been able to partially restore the CFNA service and most of the Game servers are currently back online. However, please note that for the time being, only the NA servers will be available. We are currently working on restoring the remaining UK servers, and bringing the deposit page back online, and we hope that we can get them back online as soon as possible.
UPDATE 03/05/2015 4 pm EST: We are happy to announce that ALL servers are restored to normal.
Also, rest assured that all players will be properly compensated and you will not lose any items, duration on items, or an event winning opportunity because of the service outage.
We will update you with the latest details about the UK servers and the upcoming steps we will take as soon as possible.
As a start, starting today and until Sunday, all players will enjoy a 300% EXP/GP and No Deaths on all maps/modes.
We would like to take this moment to thank all dedicated CrossFire players for their patience. Your support was the primary force pushing us to get YOUR game back online.

Will the Uk servers be online today? Or we just have to wait ?
Its nice with 300% EXP/GP and No Deaths , but without uk servers i dont think that many people will be online because of their pings . On Uk our pings are small, but on US server i think 150-180 ping its not a playable . -
I'm from NA, my ping in uk servers are 100, it's not that high and still playable.Will the Uk servers be online today? Or we just have to wait ?

Last time i played on NA, my ping was 150 . Not really playable for me . But will give it a try later to see . If not i will wait for the Uk servers to be on. -

It was 2 days not almost a week, and that was not the end of the world. They said < Also, rest assured that all players will be properly compensated> and the 300 Exp until sunday is just the start . If u want zp go buy, but dont beg . They had on Facebook page some Zp giveway if u answered some questions last night , and apologize for the problems . -
Svenromy, first of all learn English. Second, honestly, you KNOW they won't give zp. The 300%/No deaths is PERFECT for the start and even overall (in my opinion). Also, when you said almost a week, that made me laugh my f*cking ass off, really. It was *****2 Days****
as the other guy said. Now please stop complaining, "Oh crossfire is dumb man.." In a simple click of a button you can uninstall this game and never return if you hate it. -

He emphasized this part so I am hoping something more to come.
I really want to know the actual reason behind this service outage. People are speculating that the extreme weather conditions may have black-outed all hosts and connections. If so, GMs just could have posted this issue to avoid misunderstanding among people. But they didn't.

Upon trying to find out what has happened through google I have found there were people who figured out how to get large quantities of free zp. That would be my guess as to why, but then again they could have been click bait or a way to steal other accounts. -
Stop complaining about Z8 screwing up. This was out of their control. More than likely some of the staff are still living without power themselves due to the outage. Z8 staff has been working long hours away from their families to get everything back online.
They were able to restore the website and NA servers faster than FEMA did delivering water during Katrina... -
Why UK servers are down than ?
Did GM's lied about staying all night up,if this was the issue as it was power outage and GM's had nothing to do except wait for power to restore if they don't have backup power which i think they don't have...

I Hope You Get Banned For Insulting the GMs, GG, and they aren't going to give zp to people when has that ever happened? 20k zp? the m4 jewl is only 80k zp we dont want anymore hackers running around with vips GG, And Thank You GMs -

Please be aware that we still will compensate everybody for the inconvenience during the outage. The details about the compensation package and the delivery time will be posted as soon everything is confirmed.

Hey Lost Saga Team, I'm coming to you as a Lost Saga player begging for some help.
Its amazing that you guys have your game back up and running but Lost Saga sadly isn't. I feel like the Lost Saga Team cant handle it on their own and need help. I mean, we barely get updates on how they're doing and its causing everyone to freak out. I know every single Lost Saga player would appreciate it if you helped us get out game back online.
i agree was long 2 days like 2 years but find now .
