pretty sure I know why game "was down" before and mabby now

After the freezing rain happened a transformer exploded about 10 min were I live saw sparks in the sky then everything went dark. most of t.o which is where there main servers are located and near were I lived had no power seems to be up now but they have alot of stuff running on computers and if something had a short they may need to find the cause to replace it.. Anyway just my guess but that's why it was down last night. Not really sure why it is now..
