constantly having errors with X-trap (Windows 8.1)

I download cf today, and I can only play once. After that whenever I try to run cf, errors happened. There is a threat for problem with Bluestacks, and I already deleted Bluestack. Then there are more errors with system file and X-trap such as conhost.exe, netsh.exe, werfault.exe
Pls tell me how to fix these. THank you.

    Hi, you need for a working game this important software at your PC:
    .NET Framework 4.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010!
    .NET Framework 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/downl....aspx?id=30653
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2010: http://download.cnet.com/Microsoft-V...6.html?hlndr=1
    Than it could be happen that your Antivirus software or your Anti-Malware software closes and shut down the game because it scan aggressive the game folder in the background.
    Good Antivirus software with no problems in any game is: Microsoft security essentials, AVG Antivirus, Kaspersky Antivirus.
    ''Bad'' Antivirus* software (*makes a lot problems with the X-Trap client) is: Bitdefender, ZoneAlarm, IObit Malwarefighter, Dr.Web, AVAST!
    And use this free software ''Driver Easy'' to check your PC for the latest WHQL driver: https://www.drivereasy.com
    Good Luck.
  • Thanks four your answer. I updated all my software but still the errors don't disappear. One more important thing is I can only play CF if and only if I restart my PC, means I can immediately go to games without any error from X-trap, but If I play other games, or even use other software such as going to internet or something, I will get X-trap error.
    Is there any more options beside re-installing PC cus it takes time and there are lots of information I can't save them yet.
  • p.s.2 Win8.1 is not fully compatible with CF game ... try use Windows 7 -
    (i hear Windows 10 is working fine even better - but I can't tell for sure i'm not test Win10 yet)

    Windows 8.1 is fine for crossfire if you just change the compatibility with the troubleshoot wizard. Before getting too technical with re installing or downgrading the OS has he (@tmnguyen) tried using the wizard?

    Last time I tried crossfire with windows 10 technical preview I could play for a bout 2 mins and then it crashed. From what I tried there's no simple solution (like playing with compatibility settings) but it is no biggie since like I said only a preview.
