Na west is laggy

Alright, I live in California, and I have always had 24-29 ping in NA west but for the past month the server has been laggy to hell. I'm currently getting 100-109 ping. And so is the entire server population. I have contacted z8 support, then they say that the issue is non existent....really so the entire server population is having this lag and there is "no problem" this has been going on for almost 2 months now, now the player of the server have been moving to na 1. But they hate that they have to migrate servers because z8 won't fix the issue. Now is there anyway to get this issue resolved without talking to support, a bunch of bots.
