Is it usual that z8 support doesnt respond for a few days because I want to change my name. Cuz I replied back to GM Celestine. Its been 6 days and my name still hasn't changeed to the desired ign I wanted

I used the name change becuz GM celestine told me to change it to something else. Then I get the desired name I want. After a few days, still no reply

I didn't think you had to change it to mercanary whatever. Cuz my friend told me u can change it to anything then the gms would change the name to the name u desired
