Forgot password...

So I haven't played the game in a few weeks and it seems as though I have forgotten my password. Note: I am able to post this thread on my main account because the account info has always been saved for the website. Anyway, I remembered that I could reset my password via email, but I haven't used the yahoo account for so long that it deactivated. Is there no solution for me to gain access to my account...

Is it saved like this --> ?
If yes, go to Google and look up "HTML Revealer and Password Revealer". The first link you should see is a webpage of a Chrome extension. Download it.
This is what the extension looks like :
Go to Z8's login page where your saved login data is, and click on "Asterisk Password Reveal" from the extension. It should work.

Another solution without the use of browser plugins:

1. Enter: chrome://settings/passwords in your URL box.
2. Search the word "z8". It will show you webpages with saved login data.
3. Click on any of the pages and press "Show". It will ask you to enter your Windows login password.
Once a correct Windows login password is entered, your Z8 login password will be visible. Example images below.

Contact the support and request a change of your email address. I think you still need your current email address to confirm the change, but the support has changed so maybe if you provided enough proof, you'll be able to change it.

Support > submit a ticket > crossfire > account administration > next > and fill out the ticket.
