The login ID is the only thing that no one can help you with. You need to know it in order to be able to change your password. After changing your password, you can deal with the support and get the rest of your account information.

Also, note that they are not sending the full account info in emails anymore. They stopped doing this for security purposes. When you use the "forgot password button," you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password ONLY.
