Friend is having issues logging onto website

My friend is having trouble logging onto the website and as I cannot make a support ticket for him, I figure maybe someone will know what to do. He tried the same login for the game for the website but it doesn't work. He doesn't remember what his email is, but his info is correct because he can login to the game. Any ideas to what he can do?
