Before we send out the prizes, we are asking all contest winners on the GoCash and PlaySpan Winner Lists please login to their Z8Games account in order to verify their contact/shipping information has been submitted properly. Those winners who haven’t properly redeemed their prizes will be redirected to a “Redeem Prize” page automatically upon logging in. It is necessary that you fill out all required information on this redeem form in order to receive your prize.


Rules & Regulations:

Winners are responsible for providing true and correct information in order to successfully redeem their prize. Virtual prizes have no cash value.

The physical prizes listed above are to be awarded by G10 VMS, Inc. which is the parent company of GoCash Game Card. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes, duty or extra shipping fees are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. In the event a prize is not available, G10 VMS. Inc. will replace it with another prize of equal or greater value. No replacements will be made for non-cash value items (ie Ultimate Points and Z8 Points).

NOTE: This contest is being operated solely by Z8Games. Any issues/disputes that arise as a result of this contest will be handled by Z8Games. Members are NOT to contact any other parties regarding this contest.


How to Enter

It is completely free to enter the contest. All persons entering are required to have active Z8Games accounts which were created before November 1st, 2009.


Eligibility

The drawing for physical prizes is only eligible to Z8Games members who are residents of a country where such contests are not prohibited by law, who are not employees of Z8Games, Z8Games sponsors, Z8Games volunteer staff or Z8Games affiliates and their families. Only one entry is allowed per person and per household.


Winner Selection

ALL winners will be randomly selected by a computer program designed by Z8Games.

Only the first login per account will be counted and eligible to win. Only logins that occur from 12/17/09 through 12/28/09 will be eligible. All winners will be announced on the 8th of January 2010.

Winning players MUST complete the redeem process set out on the Z8Games website in order to officially be declared a winner. Contest winners will be notified by email with a contest receipt identifying them as a winner soon after completing the redemption process on the Z8Games website. ZP prizes winners will not receive a notification email; instead all ZP prizes will be automatically inputted into their Z8Games accounts on January 8th, 2010. If after this time all prize slots have not been confirmed, we will disqualify remaining winning accounts and select the remaining winners by a method of our choosing.

NOTE: It is the winners’ responsibility to provide valid an email addresses to receive the contest receipt.

Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility (age, name and address) for physical prizes. All physical prizes will be sent to winners by GoCash Game Card before January 31st, 2010.
Failure to adhere to any of the rules set out above will result in forfeiture of any potential prize(s). Z8Games is not responsible for late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer failure. All decisions are final. By accepting the prize, winners agree that Z8Games, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this contest.
