please tell me how I can change IGN.

Item Shop => Items => Change your call name ( cost 4700 ZP ) => buy it => click change the call name and write your new name into it => press confirm and your IGN is changed. Very easy.

You can buy a name change item in the Item Shop (I think it costs 4700 ZP). After you bought it, the item will appear in your storage and you just have to click on using it.

The accepted characters are letters (capitals too), numbers and some special characters ('*-_.[]'). You can't use question marks anymore, though I don't know if the support team accepts requests for it or not. The IGN also has to be at least 3 characters long.

After changing IGN, your old IGN stays restricted from others for 3 months in case you decide that you want to change it back.

They don't take requests for it anymore. If you asked for it, you'll get the following response.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. Please specify which IGN you request by putting the IGN in quotation marks.
Please be aware that we are not able to use "?" within an IGN.

Remember that according with the provided services only In Game Names with a length of 6-12 alphabetic characters plus - _ [ ] . and * are accepted.

I thought that was the case. My brother's ex-IGN was taken by another user about a week after he changed it so he wasn't able to get it back.

I'm sure I have asked it in support before and they said it was a minimum of 3.
That was more than 2 years ago, but I still doubt that they would change it to minimum 6, not to mention that this would mean non-alphabetic characters aren't even counted toward that 6.

My source is a support response that is a month (more or less) old. I'll provide SS's through PM's if you'd like to see.

My source to the used IGN part is... my brother's personal experience.. You can ask the support, but I already have solid proof about this part.
