Clan Name???

I tried creating a new clan today and all the clan names i tried are unavaliable, even when i tried random letters and word, it is still unavaliable. I tried searching the clan names i've tried, and found the none of them are actual clan. Why is the clan name unavaliable?
Ps. what is the difference between clan name and clan id?

yeah the clan system is fully glitched right now, but oh well I'm sure z8 will fix this issue soon ~
