ID and Password Box won't show

Hi there, I have a problem with CF and it keeps me from playing recently.
When I start CF, everything runs well until the Login Box section.
Basically, it just shows the new screenshot of the Guy on the Snowboard shooting, and that's it. The box for me to put in my Id/ Username and Password don't show up. After about a minute, the game closes. (time out I guess, no idea).
Advise please.

Have you clicked with your pc mouse at your screen / loading screen of CF?

Did you uninstall and re-added?

first of all make sure that there is no lag(no body else is using internet,no downloadings) and try to click on screen after that 'snowboarding' guy shows up.
