Crosshair bobbing up and down

I just came back from csgo after 6 months and every time i swipe my mouse it feels like my crosshair is bobbing up and down uncontrollably, i heard it was because my mouse hz were too high but i set it to 125 and it's still happening.
Please help

125 and low screen res fixed it for me I think.. or a new mouse, not sure.
Low res fixed SOME issue anyway.

ye when I came back from playing CSGO and tried playing Crossfire again, I had the same problem and its just that the game CrossFire has built in mouse acceleration and will take sometime to get used to it because of playing CSGO for such a long period of time.

Its the new realism setting. Since you havent played in so long your character is out of shape and can't hold his rifle properly.

I have to play on 500hz, 125 is always too erratic for me.
