Windows 7 lag

Hi, i dont know if there's a topic about this or not but im going to ask.

Why does the OS Windows 7 have more lag than the others? I have noticed that all OS's have lower pings. If im using a windows xp, for example, my ping is 150-170 but if I use windows 7 it goes up to 185-220. Whats wrong with windows 7??

I had the same problem with my laptop
If you have a laptop u just have to update your network adapter

also my fps are like 30 but it looks more like i have 18 cus it sort of freezes when i move around.
