This is an actual problem. Any clan name you pick even names such as tu9ew9y8 are said to be unavailable.

Well the process is described:

Clan creation guide wrote:

Clan Name:
Clan Name is the name your clan will go by. This is the name that will be displayed in game.
Your Clan Name must be between 4 and 12 characters long.
Special Characters are not allowed. Only numbers and letters will be accepted.
This can be changed at a later date by purchasing a Clan Name change item from the Item Shop (9500 ZP)
Your name must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing clan’s

As long as the clan name fits all the criteria, you can use it. I'm not aware that there are issues with clan creation but will look into it with the GMs tomorrow.

it happened to me as well! Every name cant be accepted, even random names as awe93uy9e for example

I am having the same issue. It is impossible to make a clan as it always says the name is unavailable. Trust me when I say I have tried countless combinations of random letters that would never be taken and it says every single thing is unavailable.

Can't change the clan name, whatever the name is (and it fits the process described by Fizzeq).

Just bumping this up, still can't change clan names or create new ones..... Says the names are unavailable, whatever the name is.
Any time on when it's going to be fixed?
