If you are lucky enough to win a permanent gun or character from a single ticket, then yes.
The ticket can be used in any zombie mode map (not sure about the new racing map). It might take awhile for the ticket to trigger due to the number you have (1), unless you decide to go for more tickets by purchasing them with zp. Good luck.
