@SPL Admin ~ A little bit of suggestion.
Because I'm completely bored and randomly got on the forums, seeing the light of this "corrupted" nonsense, I thought I would take a look at the actual rules, and see if they are transparent to the average person (meaning anyone who hasn't competed before).
There are a couple notes in parentheses, as well as some grammar cleaned up, for you to read and think about. I did this mainly because you seem to be new to how tournaments are ran and everything in general about running or even playing in a league. Hopefully this helps.
Also note, you might want to trim down the huge wall of text towards the bottom that you have. I didn't want to mess to much with it, as it is YOUR league, but I would recommend that you do trim it down, as it will make it easier to read, and have people more inclined to ACTUALLY read it.

Important Note:
This is a league for clans to get a feel for competitive Crossfire, as well as compete for prizes. No scrim teams who actively compete in ESL and ESG are allowed. This league is an attempt to grow our small competitive community and giving pubclans the ability to see why we enjoy what we do.
Allowed Characters, Weapons , Maps and Melee :
Characters:
SWAT, SAS, OMOH.
Primary Weapons:
• AK47
• M4A1
• Steyr AUG A1
• SSG
• No skins, no VIP.
Sub Machine Guns:
• MP5
• MP7
• P90
• Uzi
• No skins, no VIP.
Sniper Rifles:
Only 1 sniper rifles per team. (Recommend changing to either 2 or no limits.)
• AWM
• M700
• No skins, No VIP.
Secondary Weapons:
• Desert Eagle
• Anaconda
• Colt 1911
• No skins*, no VIP.
*Desert Eagle Crystal from the FP Mall is allowed.
Melee Weapons (this is a more consistent knife round weapons)
• Axe
• Knife
Broken Kukri- FP Mall item Only.
• No skins, No VIP.
Throwing Weapons :
Grenades (Basic)
• Frag Grenade
• Flashbang
• Smoke
• No colored Smokes, no custom grenades.
Sprays: Not allowed.
Characters :
No character items, or enhancements allowed. This includes no fall damage.
Armor:
No body or head Armor.
Single map Elimination :
9 rounds, 1st person, intrusion enabled.
Make sure when you make to the room, name it as such: [SPL] (BlahBlah) vs (Articuno)
Default for NA Teams is North America 5, Channel 8.
Default for UK Teams is UK Server 3, Channel 8.
IF NA VS UK
Knife round will be played before servers are picked for the first half but Default server for knife round is on North America 5 channel 8.
Winner of Knife round picks server for 1st half of the map.
Loser of knife round picks the side they want to start on "GR OR BL''
Second half will obviously be in the opposite server .
In case of a tie :
6 rounds will be played (3 rounds per half). If the game is still tied, one round will be played as a Golden Round (winner takes all).
Overtime for NA vs UK A knife round will be played in Default North America 5 Channel 8 . Winner of Knife round picks which server overtime is to start on , Loser of Knife round picks which side they wish to start on.
If this match goes to into Golden round players stay in the servers they are, there will be a knife round to determine which team gets which side. Winner of knife round picks side they want to start on.
Conduct:
Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated for any reason. No racism or offensive remarks made repeatedly. You are allowed a grace of two PER TEAM before you receive deduction of 1 round per offence.
Boosting:
1-man boosting allowed ONLY. No one way mirrors. No boosting onto buildings rooftops (IE: Port GR side roof).
Glitching:
The use of exploiting positions and/or advantages unintended for the play of game are prohibited. IE: Entering Boxes, glitched bomb plants, smoke glitching, etc.
General Regulations :
15 Minute grace period after scheduled start of DEFAULT match time. If they do not have at least 4 players, they are automatically disqualified. No exceptions will be made. (This is much better than what you had).
Roster Change :
You may change your roster a total of 3 times. In those 3 times, you can exchange as many players you want per roster change (IE: Using your first roster change, you swap 4 players out. You still have 2 more roster changes.)
MOSS:
MOSS FILES HAVE TO BE UPLOADED INTO THE GOOGLE DOC LINK RIGHT AFTER THE MATCH

Recording:
Bandicam recording with sound is a MUST during the match and uploaded to the Clan recruitment section in z8forums if asked from the opposite team .
If a player doesn't upload his bandicam recording right after the match, his team is subject to disqualification.
Recordings must be at a decent quality, or it is an invalid recording.
Clan Rule :
All 5 members that are participating have to be in the same clan this is mandatory . This will make the Clan ranking list more organized with the points given.
(I have mixed feelings about this rule, as it doesn't have ANY impact on the game, but I understand as an ideal to keep the clan together and organization/mvp's/etc.)
Cheating :
Any player caught cheating on bandicam or MOSS will be banned from ANY SPL events for one month, starting the next calender day. Any attempt to bypass this ban will result in a full year ban. (I lowered how long your bans are, simply because you aren't a high tier league like ESG or ESL, and you will benefit from having a shorter ban time as you arent dishing out CASH prizes.)

It is important for all team members to read the rules prior to any match participation so that they can make sure their team abides by those rules correctly.
If any of these rules are found to be purposefully abused, the entire team will be disqualified from the current tournament and banned from one future tournament.
Any SPL Admins are not allowed to play in matches, or rule decisions over their personal clan or teams Administrative dispute requests. This is a form to attempt to prevent bias. -

So the tourny is now moved to Saturdays to free up time for esl .... I thought this was a semi pro league ??? They should over lap to prevent the pros from playing spl ;-;
Worst part is most of us work / have other activities on Saturdays which is why we were so excited it was held on Sunday.

I put it Saturday because people in UK have school Monday and they have bedtimes ... it's not for esl ...
