Can't remember z8Games Login ID

Hi all

I recently tried getting back into Crossfire after a long break (bout 3 years) and I can't seem to remember my z8Games Login ID. I went to "Forogt your z8Games ID/Password?" but it'll only reset my password. Because of this, I made this new account so someone can (hopefully) shed some light on what I need to do.

I've gone back through my e-mail and can't seem to find the original e-mail that they sent me with my account details

Contact the support from this account by sending an account administration ticket. Provide your account info (the one you're trying to get back) and use the "Message Details" section to tell them that you forgot the login ID. Hopefully you'll be able to provide most of the info requested although you've been away for too long.

Follow this guide if you need help sending the ticket.

The login ID is that one thing where if you don't have it, support cannot assist you for security reasons.
