Z8 response time?

So i submitted a ticket to Z8 about two weeks ago regarding some ZP that i redeemed but havnt received and have yet to get a response. Any suggestions on how long their response time is?

    Man, z8game workers did the same thing as mine, they said they have lots of backlogs to do. I don't believe they are. They are deliberate in mind to slow down the efficiency to solve the cases. I wait for their responses for a year and got no responses. This feelings feels such as pain in the neck. I don't want to blame them anymore. Man, there is noway for you to complain about their efficiency, it doesn't work for them. The only thing that you can do is waiting and waiting, lets your heart breaks. Oh, man. Just forgot about it. If a company work like this, it gonna fall, maybe not right now. But it's in the future,if they continue doing their job like this, I'm swearing to God. I really don't understand why when smilegate picking the NA manufacturer on their list, just pick up this piece of "sheets". A too small company have very bad work efficiency. This is smilegate's mistake. Man, there is no way back for you to choose to make them quicker on your case. You have to wait, like me wait for a G damn small case for a year. For G's sake, they are just too stupd and insane to solve a small easy billing case, even a idiot won't solve it for a year. OMG, I think you can understand my feeling for my reply as your either. I just don't want to decribe them anymore. Man, you just have to let it go, have to waiting for their G's SAKE reply. Oh, right, man. I hope you and I can get their reply very soon.   • Issues regarding finances (chargebacks etc) are backlogged, whether this guy ^ believes it or not.
    There is a good reason for it, and they'll be caught up eventually.

    I can't speak to when your ticket will be answered, nor can the GMs, but staff will get around to it when it's your turn.

    wtf, man? Do you think your answer follow the logic? Will you guys got a bunch of backlogs to do for a g's sake a year don't reply a simple billing ticket? It's not a big deal for you guys to solve a g's sake small easy case for a g damn year. It's just impossible to happen. Omg, i can't even imagine that you guys ugly faces: Money! Money! And don't cost anything or do hard in job to be worth to got the salaries! You guys just like a kind of people who just want to sit or sleep on bed to wait for the money coming to their pocket. It's just so stupd. God will never give you a free gift without your cost. Whatever, z8game need to create more jobs for the new people to do. If you don't do that, z8game will see it's fall and collapse one day in the future, i'm swering to god.
