Hello, I got permanent ban in my other account, and I never used hack or someothers illegal programs. I need help please.
I already send support ticket and nobody can't help me because the creation date or last transaction, i don't remember.

You don't need all of your account info to contact support and know why you got banned. Just send a support ticket asking for the reason, thats if you havn't already gotten the automated one after the ban.

You need the creation date and the transaction number/ID if you're recovering a lost email or requesting to change your info.
