  • I think you're over-thinking this..

If you want the Egy's to be able to play properly, they have 1 half of the game per map to play in their own servers.

but the thing is it's that the Egyptians have around 200-300 ping they will barely be able to switch their weapons and the same part goes for the cali and other places too ...

West coast players aren't too bad when it comes to ping on regular NA servers, a little bit higher on UK (should be no higher than 150, but of course I'm speculating here. Assuming most competitive/semi-competitive players in the west coast have decent internet and connection, ping spikes should not be an issue). There's always the possibility of the NA/US West server where west coast players should be experiencing a significantly lower ping compared to if they were playing in NA5 or UK5.

Although I understand you are trying to promote competitive play for players outside of NA and UK, it is also unfair to participating players. For one, the players from the Middle East region are subjected to high ping (200-300 as you mentioned). That's obviously not going to make their experience any better, because like you also said, it's difficult to do anything... And certainly there are multiple exploits that could happen when players are lagging (or purposely lagging). It's a bad experience for both sides.

Unless there is a regional server for ME, it is difficult for ME players to participate. This is why our prime leagues don't extend competition beyond NA, because ping issues are imminent. Although there have been many cases of ME server and version proposals, it just hasn't happened yet due to the underdevelopment of the region.

I would recommend to at least go with what you have right now? The teams I mean, and look to adjust for future tournaments. Like I said, it's great that you are thinking to offer events for everyone, but clearly it will not work out.

one map each server is the only solution atm no choice . for the next tourney I have another idea which will fix everything but it will take time so for this one i will have to go by this single match rule
