wat do i have to do to get ppl banned?

i have at least 5 vids of ppl hacking and got a support ticket and sent in the video with the download link and yet no ban? They were clearly chamming and even glitching but yet? no ban z8 what do you want me to do?

It might take some time. If it's done as it's supposed to and there is enough evidence the ban will happen.
Just remember that not all the bans appear on the ban list.
