FP system guide?

I am really confused about this :S I don't understand how to obtain FP rewards and when are they obtained, when does fever time finish and reset to F!, lots of thing really confuse me :S a link to a guide or a detailed reply wil be REALLY great, I have searched a bit in the forums but couldn't find any.
