Clan Chat Problem

Hy all. I have experienced a clan chat problem for a week. I can see what they type but when I reply they can't see my words. I checked the settings but didn't see anything wrong. Tried Shift + F4 but nah it didn't work.

Option > communication > function control > press all clan members > press all clab members again > save
