Firefox is available for Android. I'm sure iOS has a web browser too.

I'm not sure making apps for this forum is the best use of anyones time, though the powers that be may disagree.

yup .. but im refering to app like FB app .. giving you notice of any news
sometimes i dont check forum for days .. but there are events posting .. how would i know ?
