M4 Custom
I still don't get it.
3 months ago the M4 custom used to be one of the best guns in the game. Low recoil, high damage, silencer, and the scope.
Great combination
It seems "to me" that in that the November patch the M4 custom "might have been" unintentionally nerfed in some way. the recoil on the custon now IS wild. First 3-4 bullets are fine but then the gun starts to go haywire. I have been an avid fan of the gun and I have spend 6 months trying to get it. I was never lucky on the crates and although I opened more that 70 M4 custon crates I was only able to gather cupons. So last month I finally got my M4. I was very fond of it. But I notice that the recoil just kicks in so much faster that it used to before. And long range... its just useless. Doesn't hit a thing, just the Kriss. Now I want to know. Has there been any unintentional change to the M4 custon. And if there might have been some slight changes, please try to fix it in some way. I still use the M4 custom a lot, but I fell it doesn't stand up to the Scar Light as it used to before...

Hmm might try that. Its hard to when someone is right in front of you though. I feel like I want to spray him. The M4 custon is only good for the first 3-4 bullets and then the crazy recoil kicks in...
When you are moving its almost impossible to shoot accurately with it. You must spray down and to the side of the person if you want to hit them now. -

Don't notice that the recoil is so strong and the bullets sway away from the actual target?
Other that its a great gun. Love the silencer... I wish it was more stable like before..
For example the Scar Light is a very stable gun, the M4 Custon USED to be like that. -

They actually did modify the M4..
The recoil is set to kick in after 3-4 shots and then it takes 0.05 seconds to cool down in order for the weapon to function properly. They tried to balance it and instead the end up ruining a GREAT gun.. -
i just got one liek day b4 yesterday. It's def. very strict with it's burst. I mean, spray-wise, a standard M4A1 will kill faster. I like it though. Silent, accurate, not too weak. ScarL's def easier to use for body shots, but I like being able to be silent at all ranges, though I don't like M4adv much, and only use my MP5adv in GM. Also, the gun's recoil seems to be helpful with neck/chest short burst---> chrome 2 the dome.

Wow. wdf. The SG is WAY too loud and its kinda bulky and weird.. I've used it a couple of times and it kinda sucks. Its like that worst gun in GM. Here I am and some noobs is spraying for his life with that loud thing next to my ear...
So annoying that the recoil makes one of the best guns in the game (the M4 custom) almost impossible to use properly. There is not ever a technique to use to lower the recoil down (like the Ak) you just have to one shoot 4-5 bullets at a time and then wait..
Wait for the gun to cool down and then again shoot. I wish it could be change back, when the gun was really good. What's the point to uping the recoil so much? The gun was already balanced, and you change it and now nobody wants to play with it. Is that the reward we get as ZP buyers? Contributed more than 100K just from the crates and won nothing so far. Had to use the cupons saved for 3 months in order to buy the M4-custom (my dream gun) and now nobody uses it because its useless spray pattern and recoil..

I havent got a m4-c( i wish though) but one of my best friends (rockafellow) still owns with it. I play with him a load every day and he usually gets 35 + scores and under 10 deaths in S&d's using m4-c. He hasnt noticed anything..so i dunno. He's getting way more headshots now so maybe it suits him and not others.
I still want to get the gun. Its the best looking gun in cf and i just love everything about it. -

That is true. I also think its THE best looking gun in the game. When you have the gun for yourself you will see what I am talking about. You need to actually own it and use it all the time in order to see what I am referring to. Good luck getting the gun mate -
