How often do you get it?

I get it like once a fortnight so not really troublesome for me, but if its happening often I can see why it would be annoying.

Play in Full screen and don't use alt+tab(if you get this by pressing alt+tab or if you need than choose windows menu mode and click on cf top and drag it to corner etc) and make your in game resolution same with as you have your desktop res.
