Eset blockes some files

Hi
i have some issues with crossfire while playing which is saying failed to connect to server in the game and then kicks me out of the room, anyway i decide to do a fresh install but my antivirus is blocking some files or dll as trojan or dangerous file i have done screenshot and uploaded please someone check it and why is that >>> here is link http://imgur.com/3JPjH6y

.tmp = temporary file!!!! I dont have this file at my PC! It's maybe Malware...

well whatever it is i dont have clue why it detects it as a malware but it is in crossfire exe installation package so there is no way i can delete it before installing
anyone else have idea? where r those mods to help us ?
Well Actually my eset antivirus detects Cshell.dll as a trojan or malware here is screenshot this message appear after eset blocking it http://imgur.com/WJT2Jnm

for second print , remember that almost all updates also modify cf exe files and some dll , but same time almost all antiviruses don't allow those modifications they may detect as suspect behavior from a virus

So my advice is to unsinstall CF , also go to .../MyDocuments/Cross Fire , and delete files stored there

Second - go to http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk#downloads , get that distributive image (around 322 MB) , burn the image to a blank CD , start up your pc using that Kaspersky disk u just created , update antivirus then scan all your PC - you may be surprised

After you have a clean PC - go download and install again CF, then add CF folder to exception antivirus list

As a windows maintenance tool i use also Advanced System Care 8 Free - is a very powerful and useful tool

p.s. Remember there is no free VIP and free zp over internet , 99,9 of those site only scam you to get your acc info, inject your pc with trojans and keyloggers, after that you most like you will loose your account because the hacker will change acc passwd and sell your account faster is possible, if you are lucky and have all info you will get-it back ... but can take up to 30-40 days

Thanks for tips but i am not newbie to fall into free zp and guns stuffs lol i been playing for 4 years this game and i know lots shiits
i have malwarebytes and hitmanpro which are disabled and i use only for scanning and they r most powerful antispyware and trojan removers and i have scanned with 3 portable scanners and make sure i have nothing one of them was kaspersky TDkiller and mcafee and another one and ya i might do kaspersky cd one and see what happens but i dont think i have anything
P.s i think eset detects is as trojan because it is modified and need to be modifed dll but i have been using eset for many years and this detection started like a few months ago we do make topics here and no mods or supoort here from them
